THE ISLAND TOUR...
Come explore the perimeter of Kaien Island, home of the City of Prince Rupert and many square miles of undeveloped rain forest. On this tour you will be taken through Butze Rapids, well known for being "reversing tidal rapids". You will also venture through Zanardi Rapids, which involves negotiating a low hanging railway bridge. The village of Port Edward and its various water-based industries will be viewed at the halfway point of the tour. Other points of interest include:
